Yes, we always use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or certified equivalent parts for all repairs. We carry common parts in our vans for faster fixes on-site.

Our warranty covers both parts and labor for the specific issue we repaired. If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no additional cost to you.

Yes! If you proceed with the repair after diagnostics, the $29 diagnostic fee is fully waived — you only pay for the repair itself.
